ONSELLING

The purchaser may not sell or resell any of Necklace Queen's goods or items at any website through a third party online selling, market, private selling events without prior  permission of Necklace Queen.

SHIPPING

​

Necklace Queen will deliver to most Australian addresses via Australia Post. The fee for delivery within Sydney Metropolitan area is $7.50 which is standard delivery between 2-7 business days. For postage outside of this area and interstate within Australia please contact: Kerri at neckacequeen1@gmail.com.

PAYMENT

We accept payment for purchase via PayPal. All goods remain the property of Necklace Queen until they are paid in full.

REFUNDS

​

We will provide a refund or exchange on full priced items, if the item is not quite right. If your product is faulty we require an image of the faulty product to be emailed to us: necklacequeen1@gmail.com attention customer service. Returns will only be accepted within 21 days of your goods being received. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused and with tags. Exchange items will incur an additional shipping fee of $4.50 for All Australian deliveries.

For hygiene reasons and for your health, we do not offer exchange or refunds on earrings.

Fashion jewellery and accessories require care to maintain good condition. We recommend the following:

 

• Avoid contact with perfumes, creams, water or sprays.

• For best storage lay jewellery flat

• Where jewellery is secured by a lobster clasp please use this method to open and close as opposed to placing the necklace over your head.​

CARE FOR CUSHION INSERTS

We utilise quality polyester fibre filling in our cushion inserts. For cleaning:

​

• Warm hand wash only not in the machine

• Squeeze gently to remove fluid

• Drip dry
